The treasure reported that there was an issue regarding the size of the lettering of our new banner.
This somehow delayed the process of getting our banner, so the board decided unanimously to go
with the smaller sized lettering. The treasure also reported that the “Seminar & Training Expense
Reports”, were distributed to both the Vice President and the Website Liaison, for the WSNA
convention held at the Kalahari in the WI Dells. The Treasure is currently waiting for the original
receipts to come in, prior to handing them into CCON’s Dean of Administration and Finance. The
treasure also reports the she is still looking to T-shirt quotes for SNA

about the number of officer’s who will be attending the 2007 Lamplight Walk at the Milwaukee Zoo,
on May 7th 2007. Dean Cook from CCON as asked both SNA to attend, so it was suggested that all
officers should attend if possible.

Ambassadors has been extended past April 23rd . Open spots are still available, whereas it was decided
at the last General Meeting for all available SNA officer to apply. There’s a $200.00 stipend being

•Due to a mix up on the location of our meeting, Professor Amy Keyes was not able to attend this past
officer’s meeting. So it was decided by the Board to hold a final General Meeting at around May 10th
from 12pm-1pm. The President has declared that in the event that Professor Keys is not able attend, he
would instead gather details on SCORE inner city soccer league. The idea, is to provide continued
activities for healthcare promotion for all members throughout the summer.
• Aggressive promotion of the next General Meeting should take during the first week in May. It was
suggested that all officers take whatever fliers they get via email, and distribute them throughout their
classes, in addition, to the dorms, over campus, and through email announcements. In addition, the
President suggests that with the permission of the instructor, to please make a verbal announcement in
every Pre-nursing/ Nursing Class.
