Meet the Team

Rehabilitation is a group effort. It works best when the patient, their family and rehabilitation professionals work together. To ensure consistent, high-quality care and services, we assemble a physician led rehab team that remains with the patient throughout his or her stay.

Other team members provide a variety of support and care services. Specialists in social work, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech, therapy, language therapy, recreational therapy, rehabilitation psychologists and certified rehabilitation nurses will work together to help you in your recovery. Additional team members from other specialties or a vocational counselor may be added as needed.
