Waukesha Memorial Hospital Scholarship

Waukesha Memorial Hospital is offering scholarship awards of $1,000 for the Waukesha Memorial Hospital Scholarship and $3,000 for the Waukesha Memorial Hospital Diversity Scholarship. Applicants must be a resident of Waukesha County OR a current ProHealth Care employee OR a graduate of any Waukesha County High School. Complete the application and submit official transcripts.    March 15, 2013
Fort HealthCare Woody Finn Memorial Award Fort HealthCare is offering one $2,000 award to a nursing student who: is a WI resident that resides in Cambridge, Fort Atkinson, Jefferson, Johnson Creek, Lake Mills, Palmyra, Sullivan, or Whitewater, has a minimum GPA of 2.75, and has written documentation of a minimum of 50 hours of volunteer service in past 12 months.  Preference will be given to those currently involved in the healthcare field and students with financial need.  Requires: Application form, two letters of recommendation, current transcripts, and documentation of volunteer service hours.  Please see the attached application form for more information: FHC Woody Finn Memorial Award: http://www.forthealthcare.com/media/images/WoodyFinnMemorialapplication.pdf April 1, 2013
