Scholarship award is based on the student’s previous Full Time Semester GPA. Student must be full-time in the semester the scholarship is awarded. The values below are based on a 4.0 scale.

Students are not required to submit a scholarship application. Once it is determined that criteria are met, students are informed of the award amount.



Private Grants and Scholarships

Hurst Review Service and American Association of Colleges of Nursing The new scholarship program is available to prelicensure students enrolled at member AACN schools.  Visit to learn more.

Two scholarships in the amount of $2,500 will be awarded twice yearly.

AfterCollege/AACN $10,000 Scholarship Fund  The AfterCollege-AACN Scholarship Fund supports students who are seeking a baccalaureate, master’s or doctoral degree in nursing. Special consideration will be given to students in a graduate program with the goal of becoming a nurse educator; students completing an RN-to-BSN or RN-to-MSN program; and those enrolled in an accelerated program.

AACN Excellence in Academic Nursing Scholarships A partnership between Lydia’s Professional Uniforms and the American Association of Colleges in Nursing,. Students must be either juniors or seniors pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree, have a 3.5 GPA and demonstrate financial need.
